You retain ownership of any audio content you process through our Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process, translate, and transmit your audio content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
Translations generated by the Service are provided for your use. However, you acknowledge that translations are generated using AI technology and may contain errors or inaccuracies.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for all content you process through the Service.

While we strive to provide reliable service, we do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.

Aurelo may offer an affiliate or referral program that allows eligible users to refer new customers and earn internal Aurelo credit or other non-cash rewards.
Participation in the affiliate program is optional and is governed by separate Affiliate Terms, which are incorporated by reference for all affiliate-program matters. If there is any conflict between these Terms of Service and the Affiliate Terms, the Affiliate Terms will control with respect to the affiliate program.
We may approve, reject, suspend, limit, modify, or discontinue the affiliate program at any time. We may also reverse, cancel, or withhold affiliate rewards in cases of refunds, disputes, abuse, fraud, self-referrals, tracking errors, policy violations, or other invalid activity.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AURELO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.
Our total liability to you for all claims arising from or relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

While we strive for high-quality translations, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of translations. You acknowledge that AI-generated translations may contain errors, and you should not rely on translations for critical or life-dependent decisions.
The Service integrates with third-party sub-processors for functions including AI translation, speech recognition, voice synthesis, payments, hosting, and notifications. A full list of sub-processors and the data they handle is published in our Privacy Policy — Sub-processors section. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or performance of third-party services. Your use of the Service is also subject to each sub-processor's own terms and privacy policy.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Aurelo, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:
