Aurelo operates globally. Our primary infrastructure is hosted with Hetzner in EU data centers (Germany), ensuring compliance with European data protection standards.
Your data is primarily stored in the European Union via Hetzner (Germany). Some third-party sub-processors (such as AI translation and analytics services) may process data in the United States or other countries. These transfers are governed by the standard contractual terms and privacy policies of each provider, including reliance on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework where applicable.
