Affiliate Terms

1. Eligibility and Enrollment

You must have a valid Aurelo account to participate in the affiliate program. Aurelo may approve, reject, suspend, or remove any affiliate account at its discretion.

Affiliate accounts are personal to the account holder and may not be sold, transferred, or assigned without Aurelo's written consent.

2. Referral Links and Attribution

Aurelo may provide a referral code or referral link for eligible affiliates. We may attribute a new customer to an affiliate using cookies, local storage, signup data, server-side records, or similar tracking methods.

Attribution may expire after a defined window. Aurelo uses first-valid attribution for the current affiliate program, and once attribution is locked to a user account it cannot be changed except by Aurelo.

3. Qualified Referrals

A qualified referral is a new customer who:

• uses a valid affiliate referral link or code,
• creates a new Aurelo account,
• is validly attributed to the affiliate under Aurelo's tracking rules,
• is not a self-referral or fraudulent referral, and
• completes an eligible paid subscription flow that satisfies Aurelo's reward-approval rules.

4. Referral Incentives for Referred Customers

Aurelo may offer a referral incentive to referred customers, such as a discount on the first month of an eligible monthly subscription. Aurelo may change, limit, or remove such incentives at any time.

5. Affiliate Rewards

Affiliate rewards are currently credit-only. No cash payout is available unless Aurelo expressly enables cash payouts in the future.

Under Aurelo's current affiliate program:

• a reward may be created as pending after the referred customer completes the first successful qualifying paid monthly invoice,
• the reward amount is based on the referred customer's eligible monthly plan price,
• the reward becomes approved only after the referred customer completes Aurelo's later successful payment milestone required by the active program rules, and
• approved affiliate credit may be converted into Aurelo bonus usage hours or other internal product credit made available by Aurelo.

Aurelo may exclude trials, free plans, annual plans, custom plans, one-time purchases, refunded transactions, disputed charges, incomplete subscriptions, or ineligible billing events from reward calculations.

6. No Cash Value

Affiliate credit, bonus hours, and internal product credits are not redeemable for cash, are not withdrawable, and are not bank deposits or stored-value accounts. They may only be used as expressly permitted inside Aurelo.

7. Conversion of Affiliate Credit

Where Aurelo permits conversion of approved affiliate credit into bonus hours or internal credit, Aurelo may define the available conversion rates, formats, restrictions, and technical rules. Conversions may be limited to full approved balances or other system-defined formats and may be irreversible once completed.

8. Self-Referrals, Fraud, and Abuse

Self-referrals are prohibited. An affiliate may not refer themselves, their own organization, or any account they control.

Aurelo may reject, reverse, or cancel referrals or rewards in cases involving fraud, spam, misleading claims, fake accounts, abusive promotional tactics, trademark misuse, coupon abuse, attribution manipulation, payment abuse, or other suspicious or invalid activity.

9. Promotion Rules and Disclosures

Affiliates must promote Aurelo lawfully, honestly, and in a manner that does not harm Aurelo's brand. You may not make false or misleading claims, impersonate Aurelo, or represent yourself as an Aurelo employee, agent, or legal representative.

If you publicly recommend or endorse Aurelo, you must clearly disclose your affiliate relationship wherever required by law, platform rules, or applicable advertising guidance.

10. Reversals, Cancellations, and Adjustments

Aurelo may cancel, reverse, withhold, or adjust pending or approved rewards if a referred payment is refunded, reversed, charged back, disputed, found invalid, self-referred, abusive, fraudulent, duplicated, or incorrectly recorded, or if Aurelo identifies a technical or accounting error.

11. Program Changes and Termination

Aurelo may modify, suspend, or discontinue the affiliate program at any time, including changing eligibility, attribution windows, approval milestones, reward amounts, conversion rules, or available incentives.

Aurelo may also suspend or terminate affiliate participation at any time, especially in cases of abuse, fraud, suspicious activity, policy violations, or legal risk.

12. Limitation of Program Availability

Aurelo does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of tracking, attribution, dashboard reporting, billing integrations, or reward calculations. Reporting delays, browser restrictions, ad blockers, payment failures, and technical issues may affect affiliate tracking and reward visibility.
